Logitech makes some great webcams, and is today showing off its newest offering. It seems everyone is going HD these days and improving the quality of webcam lenses. Add Logitech to the list of HD cam makers, the cam looks pretty cool too. The new webcam also brings with it updated Logitech RightLight technology. Logitech's newest webcam is called the Logitech QuickCam Ultra Vision. The biggest features of the new cam is its 1.3 megapixel sensor and HD wide-screen format. Microsoft already has a HD USB webcam which we reviewed ;). The USB webcam has a precision engineered lens with a low f-stop setting which allows more light into the cam for better images. Logitech also introduces a new technology with its QuickCam Ultra Vision called RightLight 2 technology.

The software that powers the QuickCam Ultra Vision goes under the snappy name of 'RightLight 2 Technology', and it's claimed to be able to "intelligently adapt" the camera's video settings based on the ambient lighting. The Webcam also features a premium 1.3 megapixel sensor with a high performance lens made up of a mix of glass and plastic optics, with the camera supporting the High-Definition (HD) video format.
